Putnam United FC’s Lion Academy is a Five (5) Week Summer Camp with a primary focus on Ball Mastery and Foot Skill Development. The Program serves ages U6 – U12. Middle School & High School ages by request.
The Program addresses Five (5) specific skills areas:
(1) Ball Mastery – Dribbling, Receiving, Distributing
(2) Introduction or Advanced Skill Move Application (Skill Appropriate)
(3) Attacking – Scanning & Body Stature, Finishing/Shooting
(4) Defending – Positioning, Pressure, Body Stature, Goal Keeping
(5) Conditioning
